Lex Cuervo was a small-town girl with big city dreams growing up in Clinton, Pennsylvania (located right outside of the Pittsburgh International Airport).

In 2012, Lex left home to attend West Virginia University to obtain a bachelor’s degree. While attending college she worked in the rental business, leasing out apartments while waitressing on the side. She met many students while giving tours and boasting information about the apartments, the area, the school, and everything else. She fell in love with meeting new people every day and helping them find a place to call home.

After receiving her degree in multi-disciplinary studies in Public Relations, Sports Communications, and Business Administration in 2016, she moved back home and found that she missed her leasing job. Lex really felt like she could connect with people and help them with purchasing a home rather than just renting.

She obtained her Pennsylvania real estate license in November of 2016 and later obtained her associate broker’s license. Most recently she obtained her associate broker’s license in West Virginia. She fully adheres to the concept of “never stop learning” and aims to learn something new every day.

Lex is a high-touch associate broker known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients. Lex’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Lex believes that it’s more than just finding a house – but a place to call home.

With the passion that Lex has for real estate and the drive that she has to succeed, there is no doubt that she will go far. At this point, the country sky is the limit for this small-town girl.
