Sellitti Realty, LLC started as a family-owned and operated real estate brokerage firm established in 2015 by father-daughter team, James J. Sellitti and Sheena Sellitti Dunham. The origins stem from decades of success in the industry with great acknowledgment and appreciation to the late Tony P. Sellitti. Tony’s son, James J. Sellitti was raised in Weirton, WV and graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Mr. Sellitti worked as a real estate broker in Morgantown, West Virginia, while in college and law school.
Throughout the years James’ daughter Sheena has continued to dedicate herself to advancing her education and knowledge through so many aspects of the real estate industry and beyond. She is a graduate of West Virginia University holding a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in business administration. She achieved an Interior Decorator Certification through the Decorator Training Institute and has grown up with a strong family background in real estate sales, property management, and home décor. Starting out as a licensed sales agent in Los Angeles, California to Weirton, West Virginia and then advancing to a broker in 3 states, she prides herself in constantly learning.
Sheena manages over 100 rental units in West Virginia, a 4-unit vacation home in South Florida, runs a private membership swim club in the summers, and has built 2 real estate brokerages from the ground up in WV and PA- closely and continuously supervising and training 10+ sales agents one on one. Her drive and work ethic are unmatched. She has an unwavering dedication to her clients and has proven time and time again that when you work with her, client satisfaction is not only her goal but guaranteed. She will advise you honestly from the beginning and help you find the perfect home using modern and efficient resources for a seamless transaction.
